Jane Goodall is one of my inspirations :)
My dad gave me “The Art of Racing in the Rain” to help me after Maggie died. I started it today and finished it. Amazing read… I highly recommend it.
Hi Tumblr!
I’ve been taking a little vacation from digital stuff lately, but have been a bit lazy about scanning things in. Here’s a couple things I was working on… This is Creamy and Mr. Winston in their fancy doghouses!
Thanks for all the wonderful messages you all have been sending… and thank you to all my new followers! I’m overwhelmed… so many lovely people out there! xoxo
The end of another sketchbook… I need to learn not to draw on both sides of the pages! My drawings look all splotchy! :P
Happy Friday! Have a great weekend!
The hardest part about losing someone is that they become a reminder of all those you lost before. It feels like I’m grieving for much more than a cat.
For all those who grieve… Keep going. xoxo
This past weekend, one of my oldest friends passed away. My cat Maggie was a source of great inspiration to me over the 18 years that I knew her… This collage is just a slice of the many drawings I’ve made of her over the years.
Make Something Everyday Part Two :)
For all the artists out there. xoxo
Just a dirty old dog for GabCollab.
This is my friend Heather, based on an outfit she wore a few days ago. I saw it on her blog, 29 Skirts, and had to draw it. She’s so cute!
Detail of my new GabCollab, ”Once Upon a Dream.”
Thanks for looking! xoxo
I’ve been drawing these guys over the course of the past few weeks and colored them digitally in Photoshop.
More late night sketchbook dump (part two)!
That’s right… I drew Chowder. I love that show probably more than any cartoon I’ve ever watched. I was crushed when it ended!
xoxo
Late night sketchbook dump (part one)! I drank too much coffee today!
